The 1995 St. Louis Rams, then known as the Los Angeles Rams, finished with a 7-9 record and missed the playoffs. The team had a new head coach in Rich Brooks and saw the ascension of rookie quarterback Tony Banks as the starter midway through the season. The offense was led by running back Jerome Bettis and wide receiver Isaac Bruce, who each had over 1,000 yards in their respective positions. The defense was anchored by defensive end Kevin Greene, linebacker Roman Phifer, and defensive tackle D'Marco Farr. Despite a disappointing record, the season would be remembered for the team's move to St. Louis, where they become the St. Louis Rams the following year.
